Our aim is to provide the same opportunities to all who work and learn here so that we attract and retain staff and students who reflect the diversity of the wider society. To this end, we work closely with many partner agencies including Construction Youth Trust, Construction Skills and Princes Trust to ensure that our opportunities are available to as many parts of the community as possible. We have recently worked on a number of successful projects to maximise training and employment opportunities for females and black and ethnic minorities and will continue striving to achieve appropriate representation of the communities in which we work.
